Want to join us? What you’ll do The Test Object Engineer will be responsible for leading the development of rig kits and test objects according to customer requirements, ensuring the delivery of test objects for departmental needs, and acting as the main interface to stakeholders.
Initiate and lead analysis and verification needs, reviews to establish the number of test objects, including rigs and vehicles needed.
Create and maintain execution plans for test objects, ensuring all deliveries/releases are within cost and content estimations.
Plan, optimize, and preliminarily prioritize vehicle test needs for maximum utilization.
Manage status reporting of test objects within various programs to stakeholders.
Solve, escalate, and track impediments related to test object deliveries and financial deviations.
Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
Manage team activities and team administration.
Manage team business plan What you’ll bring Order delivery of rig kits, spare parts, and adjust delivery times as needed.
Manage the vehicle test as departmental needs Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS tools and good command of English.
Technical knowledge in product development, preferably in the automotive industry.
Understanding of electric driveline systems and/or energy storage systems.
Analytical, accurate, and able to multitask with a holistic view.
Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
