This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Lead Data Architect at Marsh, your role serves as the lead data architect for the Corporate Data Engineering team and will align with the Enterprise Corporate line of business.
The Lead Data Architect is expected to make an immediate impact on the assigned projects.

onceptualize and implement a comprehensive, thoughtful, and best-in-class data ingestion and processing capabilities to support this line of business.
rovide technical leadership, leading the team to build reusable and scalable data pipelines and new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexityWork in tandem with source system and application teams to integrate and establish data pipelines using Databricks, S3 and other AWS services.

achelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics3+ years of relevant Databricks, Data Ingestion\/ETL\/ELT, Big Data, and Data Visualizations experience.
trong Python development and SQL experienceExperience with schema design and dimensional data modelling.
xperience working on AWS and related services (not limited to) such as Glue, Athena, S3.
xcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat makes you stand out.
