More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Labor Relations Specialist to join our HR Team in Camargo, Chihuahua.
You’ll be responsible to manage and improve relations between the company and its employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs, ensuring the understanding of employees and business clients.
Improves effectiveness of employee engagement activities, with a focus on increasing retention rates.
Administer labor relations policies and agreements, ensure adherence to established policies and practices.
Provides consultative advice to people managers regarding labor relations policies and procedures.
Ensure labor compliance, according to labor law updates/changes.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
5-7 years of experience in the area.
Proficient in English - business conversations.
Experience in global manufacturing organizations and strong knowledge in Mexican Labor Law.
Solid skills in conflict resolutions/negotiations.
