LABOR RELATION SUPERVISOR

Position Summary The Labor Relations Supervisor will play a key role in managing and enhancing the relationship between the management team and employees.
This position is responsible for overseeing labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment.
The supervisor will collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns, negotiate labor contracts, and implement policies that support organizational goals while fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Your Role Oversee the implementation of company policies and internal regulations.
Oversee the Recruitment and Selection process.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Maintain the communication process to ensure employees are communicated, heard, understood and responded to for effective communication.
Promote a culture of high performance.
Promote a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
Support sports, social and cultural activities organized by Human Resources.
Support Human Resources Management in handling labor conflicts.
Manage information, follow up on improvement action plans.
Participate in corporate projects focused on improving Human Resources practices.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with employees and management.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Your Background Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related career.
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources processes.
Negotiation and conflict management skills.
High level of oral and written expression.
Microsoft office skills Knowledge of the LFT Experience in recruitment of unionized personnel HR Metrics management Conversational English This position requires availability to collaborate on a rotating basis in the 3 shifts that the operation has.
The first 6 months you will work in the morning shift.
