As an experienced Kinaxis Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. We are a team of professionals passionate about serving clients with distinction and learning, and we are driven by our purpose: Making an impact that matters for our clients, our people, and society.  Qualifications: • 3+ YOE in relevant industry experience in supply chain planning and/or manufacturing roles. • Knowledge of ERP systems and different planning modules.  • Knowledge of MPS, MRP, Demand & Supply planning.  • Knowledge of key concepts within supply chain planning processes. •Familiarity with SQL and database management to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.  •Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and automation purposes.  •Knowledge of integration tools and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica for seamless data integration between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems.  •Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in deploying and managing Kinaxis solutions in a cloud environment.  •Understanding of system administration tasks, including user management, security configurations, and performance monitoring within Kinaxis environments.  •Experience in change management practices to ensure smooth transitions during Kinaxis implementations and upgrades.  •Skills in business process reengineering to align Kinaxis functionalities with optimized business workflows.  •Proficiency in advanced analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create insightful dashboards and reports.  •Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain requirements and regulations, particularly in sectors such as retail, manufacturing, or healthcare.  •Experience in managing relationships with software vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective support and collaboration.  •Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators to maximize the adoption and effective use of Kinaxis •solutions.  •Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative •development.  Our people and culture Our diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
