KEY PROJECT MANAGER - WATER & MINING

What's the Role? The purpose of the role is to own project ship-to territories, promoting all Hilti relevant solutions by providing commerical support and coordinate support from other Hilti functions on key construction project sites - responsible to overall project sales results.

What does the role involve? 1.
Leadership skills to build a strong team and set up a direction.
2.
Ability to manage difficult conversations and provide creative ways to settle open and underlying differences between the different individuals, departments and markets.
3.
Deep application and product understanding within the target segments.
4.
Project management skills to manage multiple topics with different stakeholders, building and maintaining a capture plan.
5.
Strong understanding of our internal processes (large order directive, benefit sharing, etc).
6.
Entrepreneurial drive and hunger to look for more and more opportunities.
7.
Ability to understand different perspectives on potential issues (customer, team member, different functions) and work in the matrix organization and collaborate with different teams for successful project execution (logistics, PMO, BUs etc).
8.
Good communication (oral and written) both skills to ensure clarity on direction and agreements within the team.
9.
Anticipates potential risks and challenges and identifies ways to mitigate those.
10.
Be resilient and able to deal with set-backs in a stand-up and go for it mentality.

What you need is.
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Minimum of 3 consecutive years in Engineering Sales role, with proven ability to consistently meet performance targets A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level Proven ability to influence high level stakeholders from varied functional groups Successful experiences from working with large sales teams and a multi-channel business within a B2B environment A customer focus, with a passion for results An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset Consultancy experience, and construction experience is an advantage Effective English communication skills Why should you apply?
