Responsabilities
The Key Account Director is responsible for ensuring the profitability and growth of the clients while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Establish and negotiate commercial offers based on technical assumptions.
Draft commercial contracts and ensure their signing.
Construct and validate budgets and business plans.
Develop constructive customer relations to ensure sales growth with regular customers onsite visits.
Enhance the profitability of accounts and products using information provided by the finance department, identify discrepancies, and define associated action plans.
Identify discrepancies between monthly results and budgets and define improvement actions with the support of the finance department.
Lead operational teams in implementing corrective, improvement, and preventive actions and liaise with the client.
Act as a proponent and last resort in productionrelated issues.
Supervise continuous improvement actions within ones scope.
Requirements
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, achieving sales targets and improving profitability of the accounts.
Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and financial information.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Customercentric mindset with a focus on building longterm relationships.
Problemsolving skills to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in English.
