esponsibilities Client Interaction.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Issue Resolution.
Identify and resolve any logistical problems or discrepancies that arise during transport and delivery, escalating complex issues to higher management if necessary.
Order Management.
Oversee the progress of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain up-to-date records of shipments and client interactions.
Service Improvement.
Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing their logistics processes.
Reporting.
Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and any operational issues.
Collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams, including dispatch, warehousing, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics operations and address any client-specific needs.
Compliance.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
