KEY ACCOUNT AND SALES ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Unspecified gender
• Experience in cement plants, lime plants, or mines (ventilation equipment).
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Advanced English, minimum B2 imperative or C1 (oral and written)
• Type A driver's license
• Competitive sales engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the industrial equipment sector (indispensable and verifiable).
• Essential passion for sales.
• Knowledge of the areas: Querétaro, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosí, Michoacán, Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo León, and Coahuila.
• Good presentation.
• Availability to travel and flexible schedule.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to relate to others.
• No vertigo (ascending to heights above silos, hoppers, etc.)
• Proactive, rigorous, organized, self-motivated for success, excellent communication and negotiation skills at a high level.
• Leadership, self-direction, planning and execution, professionalism, innovation.
Activities:
• Follow-up on the customer portfolio using the internal ERP.
• Familiar with the competitive market environment of industrial equipment sales in the aforementioned industries face-to-face (F2F).
• Excellent prospecting abilities for new clients.
• Customer-focused, generating new business opportunities and new sales with existing customers by establishing a long-term relationship.
• Responsible for developing the company in its geographical sector within its territory in the central, western, and northeastern parts of the country. Residing in Querétaro, Qro is indispensable.
• 60 to 70% of the time will be spent in the field visiting new prospects and following up on each technical sales opportunity.
• Achieve quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct technical studies and handle the entire sales process until collection.
• Inventory control in the warehouse and order dispatch.
• Achieve 100% coverage of visited customers in their geographical area.
