oversee the sales process for high-value solutions, including equipment, software, training, consulting, and maintenance services.

at least 5 years of experience in direct and consultative sales of high-value solutions, preferably in high technology, saas, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
familiarity with the fashion industry and an established professional network (preferred).
strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities while adapting to diverse environments.
expertise in prioritizing short- and mid-term actions to optimize account coverage and maximize value.
proficiency in a customer-centric, consultative selling approach, including understanding customer strategy, challenges, and needs (both known and unknown).
exceptional communication and listening skills with the ability to build trust and act as a trusted advisor.
proven negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
proficiency in ms office tools (excel, powerpoint, etc.).
fluency in spanish and english.
willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60% domestic travel and occasional international trips).
