JD SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR HOME OFFICE

As a Social Media Coordinator at Job Duck, you will enhance our online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative social media campaigns to promote our services, engage with our audience, all while driving brand awareness. Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will contribute to building a strong online community and fostering positive relationships with our candidates, and followers.



Starting Monthly Compensation 1,100 USD

Pay is determined by experience and education.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to following

Develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.

Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience and industry influencers.

Foster relationships with followers, candidates, and industry professionals through timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and goals.

Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing and apply them to the company strategies.

Facilitate online conversations with candidates and respond to queriescomments on every social media platform.

Add alt text to every Instagram and LinkedIn post.

Create and curate engaging copywriting for our content, including posts, videos, graphics, digital ads, website, and other multimedia assets, tailored to each platforms audience and specifications.

Publish daily posts in IG and FB stories.

Manage and optimize Hootsuite to post materials created by the Graphic Designer and Video Coordinator and team members, in the case of TikTok videosreels on all social media platforms TikTok when needed, IG, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Lead the Content Meeting and generate ideas for posts, which the graphic designers or video coordinator will execute.

Increase the number of followers on every social media channel.

Drafts copy for monthly resources.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization and engagement.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in content scheduling and posting.

Collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve common goals.

Copywriting skills.

Understanding of the recruitment industry and lifestyle brand.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

A strong portfolio showcasing your past social media campaigns, content creation, and community management skills.

Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.

Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Proven experience at least 2 years working as a social media coordinator or similar role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.

Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques for enhancing social media visibility is a plus.

Demonstrated passion for social media marketing and staying updated with industry trends and developments.
