Responsibilities Include
Provide comprehensive technical support to coworkers.
Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries.
Diagnose and troubleshoots end user computing problems including analyzing the problem, identification of appropriate resources, testing of proposed fixes and followup to ensure the problem has been resolved.
Assist with activities to triage and escalate any system or network outage to reduce downtime.
Assist with technical projects
Qualifications
Troubleshooting in a multiuser high availability environment
PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment
Networking such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCPIP
Supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
IT client, server, and network service delivery experience opcional
Windows Server technologies AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experienceopcional
Requirements
OnSite Position in Hermosillo, Sonora
Knowledge of networks Installing WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS
Familiarity with scripting languages Python, Shell, PowerShell
Corrective and preventive maintenance of PCs Proper configuration of both hardware and software
Relational or nonrelational databases
Knowledge of Linux terminal Executing commands, analyzing logs, containers
Control of network devices such as printers, servers, phones optional
Active Directory optional
English B2
