What's the role? We are looking for a Product Owner in Demand and Supply Management IT team to design, implement, and support innovative and reliable digital solutions.
In close collaboration with our business counterparts, other IT departments, and external partners you are leveraging our portfolio of SAP and further cloud/on-premises products to accomplish visionary business objectives in logistics for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide.
You will be located in our strategic IT office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and you will be part of our international team (located in Malaysia and Switzerland).

What does the role involve? As a Product Owner in Demand and Supply Management IT team you design, implement, and run sophisticated digital solutions for Hilti’s supply chain.
Our solution portfolio consists of state-of-the-art cloud systems like Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign as well as global on-premises SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP APO systems.
As an IT Product Owner, you will provide professional advice to logistics business partners, and you are responsible for translating new business requirements into value adding sustainable IT solutions.
In an agile approach you are collaborating with business product owners and partner with developers to elaborate convincing solution alternatives.

Key responsibilities.
Orchestrate IT solution development by defining, prioritizing and executing backlog items together with business partners.
Develop technical solutions, sustainable processes, and standards in this area Drive standardization, centralization, and contribute to digitalization initiatives Build-up sustainable support structures to operate the created solutions and processes (incl.

What you need is.
Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.
or similar grading 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT – ideally in Supply Chain Management (e.
.
SAP APO, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign, Blue Yonder) or Sales solutions and Customer Relationship Management Experience with SAP ERP (e.
.
ECC, R3, S4Hana, etc.) is a must-have.
ABAP development is a clear plus Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals Skills in managing product related topics like backlog, budget, vendors, externals and internal resources Fluent in English (verbal and written) Why should you apply?
