Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer full stack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highquality software solutions with a strong focus on Azure and Microsoft technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to support a growing development team. The candidate should have indepth knowledge of software development, strong problemsolving skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing the organizations software infrastructure. This role includes collaboration with various stakeholders, mentoring junior developers, and driving innovation in our software development practices.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications using C and Azure.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with architects and other developers to design system architecture.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
Implement and maintain microservices architecture where applicable.
Lead and manage development projects from conception to deployment.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests.
Ensure the quality and reliability of software through rigorous testing.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to provide technical expertise and guidance.
Serve as the tier 3 escalation point for complex issues.
Provide training and documentation for endusers and IT staff.
Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of applications.
Create and present regular reports on system performance, usage, and incidents.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Advancednativelevel English skills both written and spoken.
4 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience with Azure and Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Workday and Workday Studio. not required but preferred
Full stack development HTML, JavaScript, ObjectOriented C, Web Services, SQL Databases
Proficiency in C and .NET framework.
Strong knowledge of Azure services e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps.
Experience with Workday and Workday Studio. not required but preferred
Familiarity with identity and access management IAM and Azure Active Directory.
Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure.
Proficiency in version control systems e.g., Git.
Your own reliable PC, headset, and speedy internet at least 30MBs.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow Change Management
Documentation of solutions as needed using tools such as Word or Visio.
Stellar timemanagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
