The role will drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage.
Primary Responsibilities Work in partnership with.
IT strategy, capabilities, architecture, portfolio management, and project/program management features to agree on the future shape of proposed solutions and manage business expectations of results Business and IT representatives to conduct high-level research on requirements specifications and feasibility studies to advise on the feasibility of alternatives that link technical limitations with operational realities.
Other business partners in the area to create alignment and identify innovative business opportunities Business managers and solution delivery leaders to initiate projects, clearly define scope, and monitor project value delivery versus promised benefits) Service role to ensure IT service plans are established for the customer group and function effectively.
Typical Accountabilities Build strong relationships with stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the short and long term business direction.
Assess and prioritize requirements according to IT strategy.
Develop and maintain the customer's chart of accounts, including accurate customer forecasting, demand planning, and effective plan delivery.
Develop an impact assessment, identifying risks and issues that may affect current and future units and roles, and create a readiness plan Develop and maintain performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement Present and gain commitment to IT initiatives, using specialized knowledge to gain commitment to established or new IT services Carry out activities and interactions consistent with the values of the company and comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct, Policies and Rules relevant to their role.
Complete all necessary training on the AZ Code of Conduct, as well as supporting policies and standards, on time.
Report potential non-compliance issues.
Comply with the HES Policy / Maintain the conditions of safety in the sector and in the role you perform / Respect signs or recommendations of safety and hygiene / Comply with the trainings to which you are called / Comply with the HES Procedures.
Ensure compliance by team members and third parties through.
