IT BUSINESS ANALYST, PRICING (FRESH GRADUATE)

What's the role? We are looking for a passionate IT Business Analyst to join us as part of Hilti’s global Marketing and Sales IT working on our global Pricing solutions.
Become part of Hilti’s exciting journey to further develop and expand its existing Pricing solution portfolio to steer pricing processes.
You will be responsible for gathering information from various stakeholder and transfer business requirements together with external partner into technical implementations in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Currently, we are developing a new solution for Price Setting supporting our business to define competitive prices for our product offerings.
In this role, you will learn about the Hilti business and how a company manages its global pricing strategy by utilizing cloud technologies.

What does the role involve? As an IT Business Analyst in Marketing and Sales IT you will evaluate and transfer business requirements into value adding solutions for Hilti’s customers.
You will collaborate with product owner, software engineers, external partner, and various business counterparts to gather and define requirements to develop long-term solutions in alignment with the company strategy in driving customer engagement You will utilize your detailed business process understanding in marketing and sales to define and implement those requirements in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) You will support and troubleshoot issues reported by global key users You will be part of a highly motivated cross functional team in an international environment We have an excellent mix of people, which we believe makes for a more vibrant, more innovative and more productive team.

What you need is.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with minimum CGPA of 3.
Basic business process understanding and strong willingness and ability to learn how we use IT in Marketing and Sales Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution or similar is an added advantage Basic understanding of system integration technologies and/or software development Interested in solution implementation covering business requirements, solution designing, and hands-on implementation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with excellent English (verbally and written) Willingness to embrace new ideas, methodologies, and different technologies Experience in agile working is a plus Why should you apply?
