he IT Business Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards for Digital solutions.
esponsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.- Define and document functional and technical specifications.- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.- Perform system testing to validate functionality and ensure quality.- Provide support and training to end-users.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.
