Provide support and maintenance for the company's applications, ensuring their efficient and uninterrupted operation.
Manage updates and improvements for existing applications.
Diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues related to applications.
Offer training and support to end users, addressing inquiries regarding application usage.
Monitor and ensure compliance with security and privacy policies related to applications.
Conduct performance analysis of applications and propose improvements.
Troubleshoot network issues, with the ability to identify and rule out connectivity problems.
Perform integration tests between application components and systems.
Consult and use SQL databases when necessary.
Requirements.
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum of [3] years of experience in managing and supporting enterprise applications.
Knowledge of databases.
Experience in configuring websites and servers (Apache, AWS).
Proficiency in programming and development, particularly in the.
ET environment.
Conversational English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
