El gerente de Servicios de Transacciones es un puesto de nivel gerencial intermedio responsable de liderar y supervisar una unidad de empleados de soporte de tamaño mediano junto con el equipo de Captura de Transacciones.
El objetivo general de este puesto es mejorar procesos, interpretar datos, preparar informes y minimizar el riesgo bancario al garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de control y auditoría.
Responsabilidades.
Gestionar el proceso de control obligatorio de la Segregación de Margen Inicial de la Comisión de Comercio de Futuros de Productos Básicos (Commodity Futures Trading Commission, CFTC) para garantizar el cumplimiento por parte de Citi.
Gestionar y liderar múltiples departamentos estratégicos, iniciativas industriales y regulatorias y proyectos relacionados con el margen del mercado extrabursátil.
Supervisar el proceso de márgenes entre compañías para respaldar el intercambio obligatorio del margen de variación entre las afiliadas de Citi.
Proporcionar soporte sobre consultas de garantía a los equipos de Negocios, Crédito, Tesorería y Asuntos Legales para reducir la exposición a los riesgos de la empresa.
Supervisar equipos remotos que respaldan el procesamiento de intereses.
Revisar y aprobar movimientos de garantías de alto valor, garantizar la precisión de los asientos y participar en revisiones de auditoría interna y externa.
Aprobar la liberación de garantías, controlar las interrupciones y fallas del saldo de garantía, y hacer un seguimiento de los movimientos de ajustes al mercado en puestos vacantes.
Garantizar que el equipo esté correctamente capacitado y que los miembros de los equipos liquiden intereses de manera oportuna.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares Calificaciones.
Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en un puesto relacionado Habilidades comprobadas para la gestión de proyectos Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente apresurado.
Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
Atención a los detalles y habilidades para resolver problemas intermedios Educación.
Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
The Issue Management GCB Cluster area is part of the Issue Management Organization in Mexico and reports to the In-Business Control Officer GCB Cluster (IBCO) and has a close and continue interaction with In-Business Control Officer for Legacy Franchise (IBCO LF) and Governance and Control Office (OGC).
This area is fully dedicated to GCB issues management, and the primary purpose of this role is to facilitate communication and coordination between his/her managed business(es) and the rest of the organization (including 1st, 2nd & 3rd Lines of defense and different cross and support business areas), acting as a primary support contact for issues management related matters.
The incorporation of this role within the organization is an enabler for improvement, maturity, and sustainability of the issues management practice in Mexico.
The Issue Management Officer accomplishes results through the management of professional teams and departments.
Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
Requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results of an area.
