We are currently searching for a IPLPaint + MBS - High Experienced at Paint shop.
Responsibilities.
Oversee and manage all paint shop operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance paint shop efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure the quality and aesthetics of painted vehicles, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Detailed knowledge of painted vehicle quality and aesthetics, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
