rimary Function.
esponsible for the adequate handling of production materials within the facility.
Ensures adequate stock and timely supply of materials to the Distribution Centers and Direct to Customers.
This position is accountable for applying lean concepts for the overall control and movement of materials in and out of the location.
Administers production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, customer service, traffic, and/or shipping.
Serves as a liaison among various departments to provide efficient customer service, inventory management, and resolve difficulties.
hat do you get to do in this position?Executes overall inventory levels in compliance with space availability, production output, order requirements, and business plans.
dministers systems to minimize raw material inventories at Plant and Distribution Centers.
aintains plant healthy inventory to drive lead times down and increase cash flow.
Works to dispose of unhealthy inventory in a timely manner.
evelops strategies to meet SPS objectives for the corresponding domains.
upport Key Users or be a Key user on Supply Chain Management (SCM).
ccountable for evaluating and maintaining SAP, Kanban, and manufacturing systems in order to effectively manage and control inventory levels.
articipate in plants Short Interval Management (SIM) process.
articipate in SIOP process and follow Inventory Pipeline monthly.
esponsible for Annual Physical Inventory.
esponsible to define and update the supply and stock management parameters.
nsure needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing the customer's needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.
nsure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
ualificationsThis job might be for you if.
achelor's Degree in Engineering.
nventory control process knowledge desirable (SAP, KANBAN, MRP, OFO, etc.).
unctional knowledge of Material Management Computer System - MRP.
trong analytical, numerical, math, statistics skills.
roficient computer skills including the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
bility to change with a dynamic workload.
From heavy multi-tasking during peak workloads to very focused, detail-oriented work during critical projects.
trong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required
