As part of the HSE team, the intern will support the design and the implementation of health and safety projects in a WW context and will collaborate in the delivery of safety excellence processes through innovative and creative approach.
The position is based in Rome.
Job responsibilities.
Support the implementation of real-time automated reporting systems to monitor performance and HSE KPI’s in all WW Regions through the use of digital tools.
Assist in the development of a systematic way of analysis and investigation of incidents and in analyzing HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the divulgation and the awareness of HSE policies & standards at a global level, engaging the workforce in the most creative way, i.

online quizzes, newsletters etc.
Support the HSE Team with an internal monthly auditing program.
Understand European Health & Safety legislation and ISO Management Systems in the Corporate, Industrial & Logistics, and Retails area through the ISO certification process.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE best practices into the day-to-day work life.
Profile.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Health and Safety field Basic knowledge of health, safety and environment regulation Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as PowerBI & Power Automate Team-working, solution-focused approach Fast learner, curious, open to innovation & creativity Strong written and spoken communication skills Proficiency in English and Italian language LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
