ey Duties and Responsibilities.
Bookings Coordination.
Plan and arrange flight, hotel, and restaurant bookings based on the company’s requirements and budget.
ollow up on confirmations and ensure timely execution of all reservations.
andle last-minute changes and re-arrange bookings as needed.

Coordinate company events and meetings.
repare schedules and organize resources to ensure the success of events.
iaise with suppliers and venues to secure the best deals and services.
dvertisement Design.
Create innovative marketing advertisements that meet the company’s objectives and reflect its brand identity.
ollaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging advertising content.
nsure all advertisements align with brand standards.
eporting and Follow-Up.
Prepare monthly reports on bookings, events, and related costs.
rovide suggestions for improving coordination and design processes.
ommunication and Relationship Management.
Build strong relationships with service providers to secure favorable deals.
ct as a liaison between internal teams and external service providers.
Qualifications and Requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.
., Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent).
rior experience in event coordination, bookings, and advertisement design.
xcellent communication and negotiation skills.
roficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
bility to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
amiliarity with travel booking applications and modern technologies.
