The Offer A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Ideal Candidate Roles and Responsibilities.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce factoring services and generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.
Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.
Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.
Stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
The Profile Requirements.
Freshers with Excellent English communication can also apply For Experienced Candidates.
Previous experience of at least 1 years in lead generation, outbound calls.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Focus on quality and attention to detail.
