Responsibilities
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and assist with efficiency improvements and process optimization across various departments.
Assist in the planning and sequencing of operations for the fabrication and assembly of parts or products, ensuring efficient workflow.
Collaborate in estimating production costs, exploring costsaving methods, and assessing the impact of product design changes.
Assist in drafting layouts for equipment, materials, and workspace organization basic knowledge of CAD software is preferred.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
Coordinate and support shop floor Kaizen events focused on improving key performance indicators KPIs.
Contribute to value stream analysis efforts for targeted process improvements.
Experiencia y requisitos
Education and or experience
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
35 years of related experience required.
Experience in the automotive industry for at least 3 years.
Experience in molding for at least 3 years.
Experience in assembly area.
Experience in continuous improvement and 5s.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge
Personnel Management experience.
Advanced English.
MS Office. Excel, Word, Point.
