January Are you an IT professional with expertise in providing exceptional technical support? We're looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Engineer to deliver top-notch service and resolve IT issues in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
ey ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
roubleshoot and resolve issues for mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android platforms.
