e are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Engineer Sr to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, driving industrialization strategies, and leading projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiencies.
our key responsibilities will include.
1.
Industrialization Support.
Collaborate with the production team to identify, prioritize, and resolve outstanding industrialization actions.
Develop and refine processes for machining and welding of complex mechanical parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Act as the main technical liaison between engineering teams and production staff to clarify technical requirements and resolve roadblocks.
2.
Process Optimization.
Analyze and improve machining and welding workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Identify and implement corrective actions for process inefficiencies or non-conformities.
Work with cross-functional teams to validate and fine-tune manufacturing processes for ramp-up readiness.
3.
Synchronization with French Industrialization Teams.
Establish regular communication with industrialization teams in France to align on priorities, share updates, and address critical issues.
Ensure that solutions developed locally are consistent with global standards and strategies defined by the French teams.
Serve as a bridge to transfer knowledge, technical expertise, and best practices between the local and France teams.
Participate in global project reviews and provide feedback on the local implementation of processes and strategies.
4.
Technical Support.
Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machining and welding.
Ensure all tooling, fixtures, and equipment meet production requirements.
Train and mentor local operators and technicians on best practices.
5.
Project Management.
Track and report on the progress of industrialization milestones.
Develop and execute recovery plans for delayed activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
6.
Quality Assurance.
Work closely with the quality team to ensure production processes meet required specifications.
Conduct process validation, including test runs and inspections, to verify conformance to quality standards.
Assist in resolving quality-related issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
