As an Industrial Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for drives and improves industrial quality functional excellence within responsible department/product group; Monitors industrial quality performance KPI's; Defines and support implementation of quality controls/systems based on PFMEA; Complaint handling for industrial issues; Defines and assesses quality competencies for industrial operators; Ensures standardized processes for industrial quality are followed.

What you’ll do Outgoing quality PPM and zero hours PPM reduction.
Field incident resulting from root cause in manufacturing.
Internal incident reduction and internal cost of non-quality reduction.
Rejects and FTY (first time yield) %.
Number of audit findings and closure on time.
Complaint throughput time industrial quality complaints.
Your qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanics or Electronics Engineering or related.
Knowledgeable and experienced with industrial quality tools/ processes/ capabilities.
Experience with quality controls/systems based on PFMEA.
Quality processes management.
Focuses on customers.
Ability to deeply understand quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Builds trusted relationships (internal/external stakeholders).
Open to work in shop floor to assure actions are completed (4C.
Check, 8D’s, 5 why analysis among others).
Fluent English is MANDATORY.
