The Industrial Manager, like the Director of the Competencies Centre and by delegation of the latter, has a dual focus on customer satisfaction and the performance of his or her organization.
He or she is responsible for the functional management of the entire ecosystem within his or her area of authority.
He or she is responsible for deploying the Industrial strategy, including the human, financial and physical resources needed to ensure proper implementation of the policies and plans adopted in the short, medium and long term.
Primary Purpose of the Role.
Mastery of the Industrial activity and cost base (including Operational M/T/B), coordinating the different ICC/Sites in his/her perimeter.

Essential Min.
10 years’ experience in senior operational or industrial role Management of complex, multi discipline teams Experience of complex manufacturing environments and supply chains Experience/understanding of total supply chain disciplines (Manufacturing Engineering(IPE), Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality Assurance, Logistics/Delivery) Demonstrable success leading and developing diverse teams Transformation management expertise Experience of Industry 4.
