Imports Intern DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE.
Audit and process US and CA customs broker invoices for payment.
Monitor, calculate and measure the missing, non-transmitted and/or pending invoices.
Contact the internal Michelin import requesters for accurate payment accounts.
Measure and monitor the volume of missing or non-transmitted invoices and communicate to Michelin´s customs brokers.
Follow-up and log the special projects´ invoices to ensure payment.
Communicate and alert import analyst´s and specialists of customs entry packet corrections and amendments.
Alert import analysts and specialists of required duty refunds.
Receive and process invoice payment rejection requests to request accurate accounts and processing.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or related (7th semester or above) English – Advanced Availability to work 4-5 hours daily WHAT WILL YOU FIND WITH US?
