Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Import Export Analyst located in Juarez Norte.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Import Export Analyst role involves.
What a typical day looks like.
Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight fowarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
Select carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for Customs Broker and Freight forwarders.
Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.
Maintain accurate Import Compliance within the site for all inbound international shipments.
Implement and maintain record-keeping system to comply with Customs.
Perform regular audits as deemed mandatory by Corporate Flex with several departments to identify, disclose and work to fix any potential Import Compliance concerns.
Experience in the Automotive Industry (desirable) The experience we're looking to add to our team.
Intermediate English Typically requires a bachelor's degree May code international freight invoices for inbound shipments, as well as domestic truck load shipments to individual departments within the site.
May research short paid invoices and resolve any related issues.
May distribute routing guide to Purchasing, Shipping and various other departments.
