¿Qué harás como IT Implementation Lead? El Gerente de Programas y Portafolios supervisará un portafolio diverso de programas y proyectos globales, asegurando una entrega exitosa mediante una planificación, ejecución y gestión de recursos efectivas.
Este puesto requiere experiencia liderando programas de transformación a gran escala, gestión del cambio e iniciativas tecnológicas en entornos complejos y multinacionales.

Experiencia trabajando con ecosistemas de SFDC, SAP y Microsoft Experiencia en integraciones de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A), desinversiones u otras transformaciones a gran escala.
Habilidades analíticas con enfoque en la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Familiaridad con marcos de gestión del cambio como Prosci ADKAR.
