The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks 11 Specialists, to lead and train our Operations colleagues at new hotel openings and delivery of new offerings globally. You will be collaborating closely with internal stakeholders within Global Operations, where youll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company.

The Role

We are looking for 11 Project Deployment Leaders to play a vital role in implementing the Property Management System PMS, Opera Cloud, and Central Reservation System CRS technologies for the Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio of hotels. This position will involve preparing hotel configuration data necessary for building Opera Cloud, conducting training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS. The role requires global collaboration with hotel teams, vendors, and regional teams.

Develop training material for the Deployment team, the hotels, or our vendors. Training materials include slide decks, trainers notes, and videos.
Execute virtual webinars to guide onproperty teams through the build and learning processes needed to adopt meaningful use of the Property Management System PMS and Central Reservation System CRS.
Maintain a relationship with Hyatts internal teams globally that implement and train the systems installed at Hyatt hotels. This is done through regular meetings and interactions conducted remotely with vendor counterparts during each project to discuss project needs.
Collect, review, and update hotel configuration data following Hyatt standards.
Act as an escalated support resource.

Temporary contract expected duration is 18 months

Qualifications

Experience Required
Experience in Reservations, Front Office, Finance, or Night Audit roles 2 years
Experience in multiple hotels, locations, or brands
Experience with Hyatt Systems, including Opera Cloud, Reserve CRS, and Colleague Advantage
Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish
Ability to work across multiple time zones Europe and Americas
While not a fulltime traveling job, this role could require 20 travel to champion the support of our hotel operations.

Experience Preferred
Hotel experience in Latin America or Europe
Experience living in more than one international location
