Job Description Técnico de Validación de Hardware Tijuana, Mexico El Técnico de Validación de Hardware es un miembro del Departamento de Ingeniería de Calidad de Diseño, el cual ejecuta pruebas Acústicas, Eléctricas, Mecánicas y Ambientales para la evaluación de la calidad del diseño en los Productos Automotrices de Bose Corporation en nuestro Centro de Diseño en Tijuana, México.
Responsabilidades Específicas.
Preparar, y ejecutar pruebas en productos automotrices nuevos y existentes, así como en componentes electro-mecánicos dentro de los laboratorios de validación de Hardware.
Preparar reportes de prueba, que documenten con precisión las condiciones de prueba, resultados de muestras y los hallazgos.
Apoyar la operación de los laboratorios de pruebas climáticas y mecánicas a través de las iniciativas de 5s, Lean, y de mantenimiento de equipos.
Iniciar e implementar proyectos de mejora para agregar capacidades, mejorar la calidad y los procesos departamentales relacionados, o reducir los costos de prueba.
Apoyar las actividades de actualización de hardware y software en los equipos de soporte.
Habilidades.
Experiencia de 2 o más años en pruebas eléctricas, mecánicas, climáticas y de confiabilidad.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (verbal y escrita) Excelente atención al detalle.
Experiencia en pruebas de Audio, experiencia trabajando con Klippel o Audio Precision en un plus.
Habilidad para leer y seguir específicaciones de prueba, estándares y procedimientos.
Experiencia trabajando con software de prueba como LabView/TestStand.
Conocimiento sobre herramientas Lean como Kaizen y 5’s.
Debe tener una personalidad flexible, para trabajar en varios proyectos en colaboración con otros miembros de diferentes departamentos.
Debe mostrar iniciativa para trabajar con mínima supervisión, y demostrar compromiso para completar a tiempo las actividades de un proyecto.
Nivel intermedio de inglés, fluido es preferido.
Educación.
Técnico en electrónica, mecátronica o equivalente.
