Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection Management
Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to secure toptier candidates.
Oversee candidate assessments, interviews, and hiring processes to ensure alignment with company culture and job requirements.
Collaborate with external recruitment partners to maintain quality and efficiency in hiring.
2. Organizational Development and Training
Identify employee development needs and propose tailored training plans.
Organize programs focusing on technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
Design and implement talent retention strategies and succession planning initiatives.
3. Labor Relations
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
Mediate workplace disputes and manage collective or individual negotiations.
Champion initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment.
4. Compensation and Benefits
Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
Recommend salary adjustments and recognition strategies based on performance.
5. Performance Management
Implement performance evaluation systems to support effective leaderemployee communication.
Develop and oversee plans for continuous improvement based on evaluation outcomes.
Foster a culture of constructive feedback and professional growth.
6. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Launch wellness initiatives to enhance employees quality of life.
Coordinate corporate social responsibility programs to strengthen organizational commitment.
Candidate Profile
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Masters degree preferred.
Conversational English
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Technical Knowledge
Expertise in labor legislation and HR compliance.
Proficiency in payroll systems and Human Resource Information Systems HRIS.
Strong foundation in organizational development and performance evaluation methodologies.
