R_Responsibilities.
dministrative support in the HR end-to-end processes including Employer Branding, Communication and Talent DevelopmentRecruitment for direct labor positionsFacilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)Maintains and updates HR systemsPrepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documentsMonitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systemsQualifications.
achelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human ResourcesTalent acquisition expertiseMin.
5 years of Industry-relevant professional experienceExperience in Workday of advantageProfessional-Level English language skills requiredCore Competencies.
