Objective
Lead the development of innovative humanmachine interface solutions aimed at enhancing security and ensuring operational efficiency. Mentor a team of engineers while driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new functionalities to improve security and operational efficiency in HMI systems.
Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of HMI solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Oversee the creation and improvement of intuitive and responsive PLCbased visualization and user interaction systems.
Ensure the effective implementation of UI and UX design principles in all projects.
Apply and understand CAN protocols, including CAN Open and J1939, for system integration.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as product management, quality assurance, and operations to meet project objectives.
Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering development or a related technical field.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in developing and implementing PLCbased systems.
Strong knowledge of CAN protocols CAN Open, J1939.
Expertise in UIUX principles and design tools.
Additional Skills
Proven experience in team leadership and management.
Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
Strong assertive communication skills and adaptability to change.
Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of best practices.
Language Proficiency
Advanced English mandatory.
Availability to travel valid passport.
