Orbia is hiring for a remote (HR Information Technology Coordinator) to be based in LATAM, or the United States ! Job Summary/ Purpose The HRIT Coordinator is an entry-level role designed to support the broader objectives of Orbia's HRIT team.
This role involves working alongside the Corporate Global Talent teams and the HR department to manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
The successful candidate will assist in the maintenance and enhancement of various SuccessFactors modules, providing crucial support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective project execution.
This global position requires interaction across all Orbia business groups and countries.
Main Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring efficient system functionality across the organization.
Support senior team members in the planning and deployment of new system modules and functionalities.
Help manage system upgrades and enhancements to foster a better user experience.
Participate in the preparation and presentation of project updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and consultants to support day-to-day operations and special projects.
Provide support for various SAP SuccessFactors modules under the guidance of more experienced team members.
Help in troubleshooting and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
Assist in the administration of reporting tools, contributing to the maintenance of analytics and dashboards.
Support the configuration and testing of new system functionalities as directed by project leads.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge/ Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its various modules.
Strong desire to learn and grow within the HRIT field.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under supervision.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
