Licenciatura en administración, contabilidad o carrera a fin preferentemente.
Experiencia.
2 a 3 años en puesto similar Captura de tiempo extra autorizado de personal salary.
Generación y envió de reportes de vacaciones activas y por vencer de todos los empleados.
Coordinar y validar él enviósemanal de interfaces de horas –Infor.
Análisis de la información de los registros de Infor Captura y envió de incidencias de nómina (Fonacot, Infonavit,bonos, descuentos de herramienta, pago de practicantes, pensiones alimenticias, retroactivos, bonose interfases de comedor).
Analizar y autorizar pre-nominas falcon y holding para liberación de pagos.
Control y organización de la información del personal en Infor.
Mantener confidencialidad en los asuntos relativos a la administración del personal.
Elaboración y análisis de reporte de omisiones de marcajepara su reducción constante.
Realización de Cedula de Fonacot para pago efectivo de créditos de empleados.
Generar y enviar reportes de tiempo extra contra ausentismo y tiempo extra aprobado contra no aprobado para análisis en juntas de staff.
Bajar, revisar y enviar reportes de comedor Hourly y Salary para cobro semanal de platillos.
