Responsibilities The Opportunity Is to support and optimize the configuration, and maintenance of the SAP HCM and other HR systems (EC) to effectively manage and support an organization's human resources processes.
The role involves working closely with various stakeholders within the HR function, including IT teams, HR functional teams and HR business partners.
The Opportunity As HR Operations Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Receiving requirements for HR systems based on the organization's HR processes, this includes setting up personnel data, organizational structures, time management rules, payroll schemas, benefits programs, and other relevant configurations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to understand their specific requirements for HR processes.
Troubleshoot problems and works with technical teams or IT support to resolve any technical or functional issues.
Conduct testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure that the system functions correctly and meets business requirements.
Ensure that the system and HR processes comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? English Fluency.

Analytical Skills.
Strong analytical abilities to collect, organize, and analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for administrative tasks, such as SAP HCM Problem-Solving Abilities.
The capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical solutions.
Collaboration and Teamwork.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, departments, and external partners Time Management.
