\n \n About the Role \n \n Initial point of contact for Talent Acquisition and applicants.
\n Provide initial review of applicants in first line review against job qualifications.
\n Send reminders on missing assessments and/or additional information needed.
\n Utilize sourcing tools to increase candidate pipelines.
\n Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of various job qualifications.
\n \n Requirements \n \n 1 year sourcing, candidate engagement, or talent acquisition experience.
\n High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
\n Background check required.
\n \n To be Successful in this role.
\n \n Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
\n Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
\n Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
\n Ability to work within a team environment.
\n Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
