Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full scope of HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records.
Payroll review
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience with HR software and tools.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
