s a member of the HR Service Center, this role is responsible for Labor Relations, Policy Management and Training.
Partnering with the HR Service Center, the Center of Excellence (COE) and other area functions to support people leaders in the business, functional organization and/or geography to drive business success through people development.
rincipal Responsibilities.
anages escalations and addresses workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and productivity.
upport and represents the company in employment law legal hearings and procedures.
erves as a partner in the creation, implementation, communication, and regular updating of company policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and alignment with business goals.
artner with COE's to host training sessions such as new hire orientations, leadership development and presenting HR policies and procedures to employees.
tilizes data analytics, employee feedback, etc.
to analyze business challenges, HR programs and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
erves as a business partner and change agent.
artner and engage with COE HR functions to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies.
articipates in or leads big and small HR projects.
articipates in roll-outs of company-wide HR initiatives.
pplies governmental regulations to the development of HR programs.

Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards.
