What's the role? We are looking for a commercially driven HR Business Partner to partner with our leaders to create and deliver our people strategy, supporting the engagement and development of our people.
You will be a trusted advisor to your responsible business areas, shaping strategic initiatives and fostering global partnerships to drive our organisational success.

What does the role involve? Strategic Workforce Planning.
Partnering with business leaders to align their people strategies with the goals of those business areas, through strategic workforce planning Providing expert counsel on organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning Working collaboratively with the HR COE's to deliver effective people strategies to your areas of responsibility Talent Strategy Execution.
Leveraging the Hilti People Review and strategic succession planning to support talent management within your areas of responsibility Ensure Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is embedded within your areas of responsibility Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we hire top talent for your areas of responsibility Employee Engagement & Support.

What you need is.
Experience in a HR Business Partner role with a broad depth of experience across the employee life cycle Degree level education or equivalent through relevant training and experience CIPD qualified and evidence of continuous professional development Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational goals Understanding and experience of working in a large organisation, ideally within a sales orientated organisation  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience leading projects Ability to influence internal and external business partners and establish a mutual sense of trust Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, matrixed organisation Who should apply?
