esponsibilitiesAs a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON's internal customers.
This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you also could work on some great projects.
rovide HR support to a wide variety of ICON's internal teams.
orking to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.
rovide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR and US benefits administration such as health, dental, vision, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness, etc.
rocess benefit enrollment elections in Workday.
ollaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.
ssist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, presenting benefits during new hire orientation and open enrollment in the United States.
ou will need.
years' experience within a similar role.
ustomer focused with a sense of urgency and detail-oriented.
orks collaboratively and using your own initiative.
trong knowledge of HRIS and process flows to vendors and payroll.
nalytics experience, auditing, and reporting.
dvanced excel work, pivot tables, v lookup, macros.
dvanced English level is a MUST.
