HR Advisor-Mexico City- hybrid  As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers.
This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you also could work on some great projects.
Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.
Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.
Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR and US benefits administration such as health, dental, vision, spending accounts, leave of absence, disability, retirement, life insurance, wellness, etc.
Process benefit enrollment elections in Workday.
Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, presenting benefits during new hire orientation and open enrollment in the United States.
You will need.
2 years’ experience within a similar role Customer focused with a sense of urgency and detail-oriented Works collaboratively and using your own initiative Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows to vendors and payroll Analytics experience, auditing, and reporting Advanced excel work, pivot tables, v lookup, macros Advanced English level is a MUST Benefits of Working in ICON.
