As a Sr.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
Conduct process analysis, including data collection and analysis, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams to resolve process-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field 6+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies Proficiency in process analysis and data-driven decision-making Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
WE VALUE Master’s degree in engineering or a related field Experience in leading process improvement projects.
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Strong project management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Layouts.
Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation Basic knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process SAP Knowledge Knowledge of IPC and ISO norms Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work.
Good knowledge of Office Tools & AutoCAD Puesto.
