HILTI FOUNDATION GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP - WORK ABROAD IN THE USA

What's the role? The Hilti Global Fellowship Program offers English-proficient, globally-minded, young professionals the opportunity to build their qualifications through an immersive international work experience.
Combining academic study, professional development, and cultural enrichment, this program provides a comprehensive approach to personal and professional growth.
The 16-month fellowship begins with one semester at the University of North Texas, followed by a 12-month placement at Hilti’s USA Headquarters in Plano, Texas or Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Participants will immerse themselves in American work culture, gaining hands-on experience and developing a global perspective that will set them apart in their careers.

What does the role involve? The Hilti Global Fellowship Program offers young  European professionals a unique opportunity to gain invaluable work experience in an international corporate environment.
Based at one of Hilti's USA locations, Fellows will enhance their English language skills, collaborate with a diverse pool of people and corporate functions, and develop essential professional skills.

When you apply for the Fellowship, our Team will strive to match you with a position that aligns with your background and expertise, ensuring a role that maximizes your potential and growth.
A subsequent full-time position in the Fellow’s home country is not guaranteed.
However, our Talent Acquisition Team will do its best to find a suitable position and provide reasonable opportunities for consideration upon Fellowship completion.

What do we offer? One semester of study at the University of North Texas, fully funded by Hilti, to enhance your knowledge in an area of your interest.
During this period, your dorm accommodation and meal plan will be covered.
12 months of paid fellowship experience, gaining valuable international work experience and professional development.
Hilti will cover your flights to Texas and all visa arrangements, ensuring a smooth transition for your stay.
What you need is.
Conversational fluency in English Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas.
Business, Engineering, Finance, Logistics or Marketing from an accredited college or university Ability to commit to the full duration of the program No more than 5 years of post-college work experience Ability to travel and manage personal affairs independently in an international setting Why should you apply?
