Bachelor Degree + 2 years at least of Higher Education in a technical discipline or HSE specialization with +5-year experience in this field.
Professional abilities.
Autonomy, organizational and coordination abilities, and interpersonal and coaching skills.
•Synthetic and analytical thinking, integrity, rigor, and tenacity.
•Ability to establish and manage a budget.
•Oral and written competencies; ability to communicate succinctly the HSEE standpoint.
•Good IT skills (MS Office, HSEE related portals, such as Red On Line).
•Proficiency in English •Management system Internal Control Technical knowledge.

•Legal and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities, networks, machines, equipment and operating procedures in effect on the site.

•Verify the consistency and efficiency of risk assessment with Specific focus on Occupational Health and Safety, Security, Environment and Energy activities, particularly considering work environment, work instructions, ergonomics, and selection, testing, storage, maintenance of personal protective equipment, including sub-contractors.
A special mention is to be made as regards with chemical and other dangerous products that might be needed by operations.
•Verify implementation, efficiency, effectiveness and follow up Occupational Health and Safety, Security, Environment and Energy improvement plans, including corrective and preventive actions, to achieve objectives.
•Collect and analyze Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Energy data.
•Validate safety and environment compliance of new products (including chemicals) and process, machines and tools, prior to their implementation.
•Organize waste collection and treatment in accordance with environmental regulations.
•Advise, support and participate on emergency preparedness and response activities.
•Conduct and support training programs and awareness initiatives to promote Health, Safety, Environment and Energy good practices.
