The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development and process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities.
S/he should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving product development.
The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment.
The Head of PB MX will interact with and influence multiple teams across the organization (MX and global) like Pricing, Retail businesses, Legal, Product Safety and Compliance, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations, etc.

In this role, you will lead the MX team to product development efforts for a set of Private Brands products and will be responsible for.
· Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for our brands.
· Identifying new product development opportunities for our brands.
· Developing and bringing to market new products.
· Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams.
· Managing an existing business which is growing exponentially.
· Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business.
· Leads, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of business functions of the assigned product category.
· Possesses a broad operations background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution.
· Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution.
· Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and go-live.
· Monitors and reports on the progress of all activity within the product area including milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of team management experience - 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion or inventory management - Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration - Experience at a senior level in the fashion industry ideally in an e-commerce, retail, key account management or consulting role PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
